How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link. You can also enter your order number directly in our Order Tracker. Tracking updates within 24 hours of shipping.
How do I start a return?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Submit a request above or visit our Returns Center to start the process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I install prescription lenses?
Yes! Both the M02S Pro and M01 Basic frames are compatible with standard prescription inserts. We recommend visiting a local optician. See our Lens Guide → for compatible frame dimensions and fitting tips.
Is it waterproof?
The M02S Pro has an IPX4 splash-resistant rating — safe for light rain and sweat, but not submersion. The M01 Basic is splash-resistant but not rated. Avoid submerging either model in water. Read full specs →
How do I fix pairing issues?

How do I use the camera?
Press the top button once for photo, hold for 3 seconds to start/stop video. Photos and videos sync automatically to the GadgetInnovative app.
What phones are supported?
