How Returns Work

Submit a request

Use the Contact form and choose Returns & Exchanges. Include your order number and reason.

Get instructions

Our support team will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item

Pack the item securely in original packaging. Use a trackable shipping method.

Inspection & refund

Once received and inspected, we'll email you the result and process the refund.

Most requests receive a response within 1–2 business days.

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days after inspection (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).

Shipping fees

Original shipping fees (if charged) are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Price protection

If the product was purchased during a promotion, refunds reflect the actual paid price.

Exchanges

At this time, we handle returns and refunds through the return process. If you need a different model, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
